Is in-store pick up available for items purchased from OKGJewelry.com?

Yes, you can pick up the merchandise ordered online at our store.

What is your shipping costs?

Insured shipping starts from $35, however the cost is subject to change based on the value of the item.

Is it safe to ship jewelry?

In regards to shipping, our policy is “safety first”. We use insured shipping for all our packages where signature is required for delivery. Until someone signs for delivery, your package/order will be insured. You will be fully reimbursed in case the order fails to arrive. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Can I have someone else other than me pick up my order?

No. For security reasons, the person who ordered the merchandise must be the one to pick up the order.

What do I need to bring with me to the store to pick up my order?

You must bring your “pick-up slip” and a valid photo ID (such as a driver’s license). You will be required to sign for your merchandise when you call in to pick it up.
