Return and Exchange Policy
Returns and Exchanges Within 14 Days Except Clearance, Personalized and Special Order Item(s). You may return or exchange your jewelry item within 14 days of purchase date; if you are not satisfied or changed your mind, provided that the item(s) is returned in its original condition to receive a full refund or exchange.

To return or exchange OKGjewelry merchandise, please, follow instructions below:

1. Place item in original shipping package, copy of the invoice and a reason for your return or exchange of the product.
2. Please indicate the word EXCHANGE or RETURN on the outside of the parcel. A full refund will be issued when we receive the item in its original condition. In the case of exchange, shipping for the new item will be free of charge. Please allow 10 business days to process your request (return/exchange). Please Note: You should NOT indicate on the package that it contains jewelry, as this invites theft.
3. Shipment and Insurance: For secure return of your order, we recommend you opt for signature confirmation to enable you to track your package. This will help guarantee that the package arrives at OKGjewelry for quick and easy processing.
