We want you to feel confident with every OKG Jewelry purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to assist with a return or exchange under the guidelines below.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be in original condition and unworn
- Clearance items, personalized pieces, and special orders are final sale
Once your item is received and inspected, a full refund or exchange will be issued.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
- Place the item in its original packaging, along with a copy of your invoice and a brief note indicating the reason for return or exchange.
- Clearly mark RETURN or EXCHANGE on the outside of the package.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for processing once your item is received.
For exchanges, shipping on the replacement item is complimentary.
Shipping & Insurance
For your protection, we strongly recommend shipping all returns with insurance and signature confirmation. This allows you to track your package and ensures secure delivery.
Please do not indicate that the package contains jewelry.
