We’ve used them for several custom pieces, including melting down wedding gifts to make golden wedding bands, making custom earrings to match my grandmother’s necklace, they’ve recreated a lost stud that had intricate details from scratch (pictured), and made a personalized pendant with my son’s initial. I brought in a ring that I had made elsewhere a long time ago. I had lost one of my diamonds. I previously had it fixed elsewhere. Once they looked at the ring they told me that all the diamonds were loose and I chipped others that were in the ring. The previous jeweler did not tell me any of this. This ring is special to me it was all of my grandmas diamonds. When she passed I had this ring made. The told me it would take a week to fix. They called me in 4 days. They were honest. Told me to take pictures of the ring so I knew they were t doing anything with my diamonds when I left it there.
